Extended Christmas Returns Policy
At Health Pharm Leicester Ltd., we understand that the festive season is a time for giving and sometimes, even with the best intentions, gifts may not be quite right. To make your Christmas shopping worry-free, we are offering an Extended Christmas Returns Policy.
For any clothing, accessories, and footwear purchased between November 1st, and December 24th, you can return the items until the following January 31st, if they are unworn, unused, and have all the original tags still applied.
Please note that this extended returns policy applies exclusively to clothing, accessories, and footwear. Supplements are not included and will follow our standard return policy due to their consumable nature.
How to Return:
- Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, with all the original tags still applied.
- Navigate to your account at https://myaccount.healthpharm.co.uk/ and access your orders page.
- Complete the self-serve return process for the item you wish to return.
- Once your return request is accepted, you will be provided with a return address.
- Pack the item securely and post it back to the address provided.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment minus the original postage cost. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Gift Returns:
If you received an item as a gift, you could return it following the same process. However, please note that refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Faulty Items: If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@healthpharm.co.uk, and we will provide you with further instructions.
