Mix together all the dry ingredients (plain flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, sugar & egg replacer. Add the milk alternative to the dry mixture a little at a time to avoid a lumpy batter, keep mixing until smooth. Heat some oil in a pan, add the batter and fry away until cooked!
Store in a cool dry place.
