Nicorette Chewing Gum helps you to actively fight cravings when quitting smoking.
Ready to quit abruptly? Chew a piece of gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke, up to a maximum of 15 pieces a day. Over time, you should need to use fewer and fewer gums to control your nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Nicorette recommend that as soon as you can (this could be after a number of weeks or months) you reduce the number of gums you use until you have stopped using them completely.
Nicorette Gum is a quit-smoking aid relieves seven withdrawal symptoms of quitting - cravings, irritability, low mood, restlessness, anxiety, poor concentration and increased appetite.
It comes in 2 mg, 4 mg to let you choose the right strength based on how much you smoke. Available in packs of 105 and 210. All Nicorette gums are sugar free.

Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong.
When the taste is strong, rest the gum between your mouth’s jaw and cheek. The nicotine is absorbed by your mouth’s lining.
After the taste has faded, resume chewing the gum until the taste becomes strong again.
Keep repeating steps 2 and 3 for about 30 minutes.

Smoke a pack of 20 cigarettes per day or less? Try the 2 mg gum.
Smoke more than a pack of 20 cigarettes per day? Try the 4 mg gum.
