No pre-cooking required. Use straight from pack. However, if you prefer to pre-cook before using in your dish follow these instructions. Add required amount of sheets to large pan of boiling, salted water, stir and bring back to boil. Simmer for 5 or 6 minutes. Use immediately. To make your lasagne dish add a layer of bolognese sauce to an ovenproof dish, followed by a layer of lasagne sheets and then by white sauce. Repeat layers 3 or 4 times. Bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30-35 minutes until the top is browned.
Store in a cool, dry place.
