Using a special blend of organically grown dessert and cyder apples, Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar is trickle fermented, a process unique to Aspall, and matured over time to produce a beautifully delicate apple flavour with a pleasant clean finish. Aspall uses only natural ingredients; so, as the vinegar matures, a slight sediment and darkening may occur. This will not affect the quality of the vinegar.
