Temporary basket restriction due to COVID-19

To our frankly awesome customers, 

"Unprecedented"
It is surely going to go down as the most overused word of 2020. 

Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my very best wishes to you and your family. As a father myself, I understand the emotional strain this situation is having on our loved ones. Please keep your family safe and well.

The COVID-19 outbreak has affected our business on every single level. From staff shortages and supplier delays through to increased demand and postage delays! 

We can either close and furlough our team until some sort of normality resumes or strive to continue to offer our huge range of Pharmacy and Health Food items to the UK Public. 
... And I'm certainly not one for giving up that easy!

In order to continue to offer a respectable service to all of you, we have had to make a few changes to our site - specifically in regards to the amount of products you can buy from us on each purchase.

From May 2020 until further notice:
We have been forced to implement a maximum of 4 separate items per basket. You can order up to six of each of these items. The total individual items per basket is therefore set to 24 units.

There are multitudes of reasons behind this decision however all are being made to ultimately offer you the best possible service in a time where it is increasingly difficult to even keep track of the day of the week!


If you are seeking to order for a business or an NHS trust and require a quantity greater than this restriction allows, please email our UK based customer service team directly at office@healthpharm.co.uk with your requirements. We aim to respond to these emails within 1 working day Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Please note - this storewide restriction does not affect our permanent Pharmacy Medicine restriction of 1 unit per customer.
